• Pipe and fitting are to be heated simultaneously and only once. Second heating is not allowed.
• Heating and welding operations must not be interrupted.
• Welding at ambient temperatures below 0°C is not permitted.
• Welding time and insertion depths must observed.
• A double, uniform ring of melted material around entire perimeter of the joint confirms good quality of the weld.
• Pressure test must be carried out before concealing the pipe work.

Suitall PP-R Pipes are a hot and cold water supply system suitable for all sanitary and potable water applications. The pipes and injection-moulded fittings are made of Polypropylene Random (PP-R) type 3. Moreover, it possess a high resistance to slow crack growth, an important characteristics for the long-term performance under mechanical stress. Pipes are manufactured as per the norms DIN 8077 8078 and fittings as per DIN 16962.
Suitall PP-R Pipes are PN 10, PN 16, PN 20 and Suitall PP-R fittings are PN 25. The choice of raw materials, the structural accuracy and the strict quality control gives the Suitall PP-R Pipes system a high degree of reliability.
Its physical Chemical properties make Suitall PP-R pipe versatile piping systems in a wide range of applications in different industries.
Its advantages over other PP type 1 or 2 and other thermoplastic pipes in the potable water industries are its high impact strength and resistance to high temperatures.

Light weight, easy and quick assembly - The low weight of the system makes it ideal not only for traditional installation, but also for modular installation and prefab walls.
Most suitable for carrying drinking water - PP-R is absolutely resistant to internal and external corrosion, and does not break down even under the harshest of water conditions, hence the quality of water never deteriorates. PP-R keeps pure water pure, a fact that has been certified by National Sanitation Foundation (NSF), USA. The PP-R system is in full compliance with the international standards on the use of plastics materials for the transportation of potable water.
Excellent corrosion and chemical resistance - Unlike Galvanised Iron, PP-R is free from corrosion and offers a considerable resistance to a great number of chemicals even at high temperatures of 110°C to aggressive soils and fluids in the external environment.
Bacteriologically neutral - The PP-R resins used for the production of Suitall system are insoluble in water and biologically inert, therefore water flowing through the same remains free from contamination.
Low thermal conductivity - Since PP-R is a poor conductor of heat dispersion of the transported fluid are considerably reduced and hence there is much saving on insulation costs.
Reduced Head Loss - The internal surface of the pipes and fittings are very smooth and free from any deposition and hence this system gives high flow rates. Thus head loss is reduced to the minimum.
High Impact Strength - PP-R has a very high impact strength, which eliminates the possibility of breakage and crack formation.
Safe and watertight joints - Joints are prepared by fusion process, which is a fundamental characteristics of this system. Welding by polyfusion device i.e. through the fusion process, gives homogeneous, integral and long lasting, watertight joints. Extensive saving in money, time and labour is possible, with this special joining technique.
Resistance to scaling - Due to the unique feature of extremely smooth internal surface, non polar nature of the material and its low surface energy, limestone or other deposits cannot form and hence there is no scaling or blockage in the pipelines, throughout the life of the piping system. This system is free from encrustation.
Usable in seismic areas - Because of flexibility and resilience of the materials, Suitall PP-R Pipes is most suitable in seismic areas.
Resistance to stray current - This system is free from perforation phenomenon caused by stray currents.
Sound Insulation - Compared to metallic pipes, Suitall PP-R pipes does not need further insulation to decrease the decibel level when water flow at relatively high speeds. The reason is simply that metals transmit noises resulting form water hammer effects are largely reduced to non-existence.
Long operational durabilitym - Suitall PP-R Pipes provides well-balanced mechanical properties and superior heat resistance and ensures a minimum 50 years of trouble free performance.
Overall Economy - Along with all the stated benefits, Suitall PP-R Pipes is most cost effective than any other plumbing system. Moreover, due to savings in installation and insulation costs, this system is even comparable with standard make G.I.B. class plumbing systems.
UV Resistane - Suitall PP-R Products are UV stabilised. Hence insulation is not necessary.
